Cherry Blossom Kisses

I absolutely love cherry blossom trees. Whether they are pink or white blooms, I just find them beautiful. Perhaps it is because these popular trees symbolize renewal. The Japanese Cherry Blossom tree or Sakura can grow almost anywhere and lasts for over 40 years. These trees were given to the United States as a gift from Japan in the 19th Century. What a beautiful gift. I love to stand under cherry blossom trees during windy days and allow the blossoms to fall against my cheeks. They feel like soft kisses.
